BRAINSTORMING: On a regular basis, we will take one object and, with your help, find at least 25 non-standard uses for it. For example, a spoon is used for eating but can also be used for digging, hammering, etc. The goal is to explore normal objects in new ways. How you use the new discoveries is entirely up to you.
It's been a while since we've had a brainstorm session. I've been truly impressed by some of the outside-the-box ideas all of you have produced.
Our latest challenge: Dice!
Roll your ideas in now...

4)Ooh oh oh, here's a thought... Have someone imagine rolling a die and tell them to write down the number that they imagined the die coming to rest on. Instruct them to fold up the piece of paper and hand it over. Do a center tear (or your favorite peek) and get the number under the guise of tearing the paper up. Place the pieces into an ashtray and go to your pocket for a matchbook. Unbeknownstly concealed in thy pocket is a die of standard issue, along with your matches. Bring the matchbook out with the die conealed beneath it. As you open the matchbook to remove a match and subsequently strike it, maneuver the die so that you'll be able to press your index finger against the face that matches the spectator's chosen number. Once the match is lit, the hand holding the matchbook closes it and heads back to the pocket to put it away as you begin firmly pressing the pad of the index finger into the appropriate face of the die. A few seconds are all that is needed to get a good impression. Leaving the die and matchbook in the pocket, the hand comes out empty as you lean forward with the lit match and set the pieces of paper on fire. Once you've got a nice little fire going, hold the index finger bearing the impression near the flame for a few seconds before feigning a burn (ham it up). Allow them to feign concern for a beat before displaying your blistery revelation.
